30 Fall Diffuser Blends to Spice Up Your Autumn | It’s the most wonderful time of the year – and no, I’m not talking about Christmas. Fall (or for the classier folks, “autumn”) is my absolute favorite time of year!
While some may cringe at the thought of winter creeping closer, I simply choose to bask in the joy of all things fall.
As we anticipate the season, we fill our homes with pumpkin decor, faux leaves, pretty painted signs, and flowers hued in autumn tones, all reminding us of the wondrous transformation that’s about to happen outdoors.

It’s All About the Fall Scents
Fall is a time for vibrant autumn leaves, the crisp chill in the air, bonfires, cozy sweaters, fuzzy socks, warm apple cider, savory soups, warm pumpkin pies, chilly hayrides, and sunny days at the pumpkin patch.
There’s nothing better than adding fall diffuser blends that always tie your senses back to moments reminiscent of autumn. As soon as the “-ber” months hit, I’m breaking out the fall scents in my diffusers all around my house. You often find me breaking them out at other times of the year too, because I love them so much!
But enough chatter, let’s dive into what you came here for:

Not sure how to make these Fall Diffuser Blends in your diffuser?
No problem! I’ve got you.
Your diffuser should have come with an instruction booklet that includes both operation and care instructions. My first suggestion (especially if you’re new to using a diffuser) would be to read through the booklet so that you understand how it functions, how to safely use it, and how to keep it working properly.
When you have read the instructions and you’re solid on safety and diffuser functions, open your diffuser. Your reservoir will have a noticeable piece on the side of the reservoir that will stick out – this will indicate your fill line.
To add your Fall Diffuser Blends to your diffuser:
- Fill your reservoir to the fill line with distilled water. (Do not fill above the fill line)
- Using your Fall Diffuser Blend of choice above, gather the oils listed for the blend.
- Carefully drop in the number of drops next to the name of each essential oil listed in the blend.
- NOTE: Some oils pour out a little faster than others
- When you’ve added all of the essential oils for the blend, add the reservoir lid(s) back to the diffuser. Make sure the lid is secure & positioned correctly.
- Power on, & enjoy!

Thank you for saying how many drops to use, that is my biggest problem because I either use too little or too much!
You’re welcome! I used to struggle with that as well. Having blends like these as guidelines really helps. I hope you enjoy them!
I love this post. I never know how to get what scent!
Thank you! This should definitely help with that!
